Relax in a homely environment and beautiful surroundings. Our
fully restored farmhouse, with three guest bedrooms, stands in just
under 2 acres of informal gardens, which include a small lake and which
ducks, along with other wildlife, visit regularly. The grounds, in turn, are surrounded by fields, supporting both livestock and arable crops, woodland (homing pheasant and deer) and are within an area designated as "of outstanding natural beauty" and "of scientific interest". Public footpaths are adjacent to the house thus allowing visitors to enjoy the beauty of the local countryside at a leisurely pace and the North Downs Way is to be found within a mile. The towns of Reigate and Redhill are both within 4 miles of our front door. Visitors arriving in the UK at London's Gatwick Airport will find us only a short drive from the airport (approximately 20 minutes)and only 45 minutes drive from London's Heathrow Airport (detailed directions to the farm are made available on booking). We offer the perfect start to your day, with a choice of either a continental style or our hearty homage the classic great English breakfast (recommended!).
A short walk across fields will bring guests to the local farm shop, where they can enjoy a ploughman's lunch or cream tea, and browse the shop's home produce and livestock, which includes a few "free range" Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs!!
